Par contre nous somme decu de votre note au niveau du professionalisme de l'installateur car c'est vous même qui avez installer la porte, vos autre note sont bien apprécier et nous vous en remercions. Pour ce qui est de la fermeture de Domac pendant les vacances de construction, nous vous avons téléphoné le mercredi pour vous dire que votre porte était arrivée au magasin et que vous pouviez venir la ramasser. Vous nous avez répondu que vous seriez en mesure de venir la ramasser avant vendredi car nous étions fermer a partir de vendredi et ce pour deux semaines. Ceci n'est rien d'autre qu'un malentendu et nous en somme désolé. les vacances et fermeture des portes domac était très bien afficher sur le site internet, facebook et sur le porte d'entrée au magasin. merci beaucoup de votre compréhension.Super!
