Bonjour M. coté nous nous sommes rencontré au bureau pour la première foie et avons discuté de votre projet. Ensuite je me suis déplacé a votre domicile pour encore une fois bien comprendre justement vos besoin et j'ai pris des prises de mesure pour vous procurer le produit dont vous m'aviez parler auparavant.L'installation que nous avons fait ne pouvais pas être plus en hauteur avec les modifications que nous avons fait car cela est techniquement impossible suite au standard de fabrication d'une porte de garage et la hauteur de plafond de votre garage.Si vous désirer avoir plus de détails suite a la façons de faire pour ce genre d'installation je demeure disponible pour vous expliquer comment nous nous sommes pris pour faire du mieux que nous avons pu pour vous satisfaire, malheureusement nous ne pouvions pas faire mieux avec la hauteur de votre garage. Nous sommes profondément déçu que vous ne soyer pas totalement satisfait et nous vous présentons nos sincère excuse.
